WHAT DO YOU NEED?
There’s no need to run out and purchase a Steinway concert grand piano (just yet) but a good touch-sensitive keyboard will work just fine. In addition to that, a stand and perhaps a pedal, though we will only use that much later. A chair also known as a piano throne is a nice-to-have but you can also use a comfortable chair from home. If your little one is too short a pillow will suffice for now.
YOU NEED A TEACHER, A REAL ONE…
For beginners of all ages, you need professional assistance. The foundation of music is not a “learn to play in 60 minutes” program. The benefit of having a good teacher from the beginning is that you understand music in all its forms.
Students can start from 5 years of age and there is no limit to the starting age beyond that. All beginners start with reading notes, rhythms, music theory, and technical work.

From reading notes to playing the most beautiful pieces but to do every student needs music theory, practical lessons, technical lessons, and of cause enough time to practice.
We monitor the lessons with a short report by every teacher after every lesson. This gives us insight into the lessons and helps us to track the progress of every student.
Our beginner students start from scratch to pre-grade 1 or initial grades thereafter you move into music examinations.
